Rebekah Lynn Conrad 4 months of Twelve Mile, Indiana passed away at 9:04 p.m. Thursday December 8, 2011 in the neo-intenslve care unit at St. Vincent's Hospital for Women Indianapolis.
Born August 16, 2011 in Logansport she was the daughter of Jon William and Tara Suzanne Jennings Conrad who survive in Twelve Mile. On Cotober 11, 2011 prior to her open heart surgery Rebekah was baptized. Gog had a special prupose for Rebekah's brief life as she touched many hearts, she faced many obstacles with a strong will to live. The smile on her face said it all she loved life and she knew she was loved.
Surviving are three brothers Isaiah Conrad, Zachorie Conrad and Kaleb Conrad all at home, paternal grandfather L.D. Conrad of Twelve Mile, maternal grandparents Mark and Melodie Jennings of Kokomo, Indiana, grandparents Jim and Cheri Ling of Logansport, Indiana, Paternal great-grandfather Weldon "Pete" Conrad, two maternal great-grandmothers, Fern Woodring and Sharon Jennings, Aunt Jennifer Conrad and her husband Jason, Three Uncles, Jason Lee Conrad, Joshua Jennings and Michael Jennings and his wife Ashley and the staff of St. Vincent's NICU department who became like family to little Rebekah.
She was preceded in death by paternal grandmother Carol Conrad and maternal great-grandfathers Roscoe Woodring and Jin Jennings. Services will be held at 6: p.m. today at Bethlehem U.M. Church with Pastor Teri White Officiating.
