Bottoms, Phillip Michael, 62, husband of 33 years to Susan Lynn Bottoms, died Sunday, December 19, 2010, in Stansbury Park, Utah.
He was the son of James Arthur Bottoms Jr. (deceased) and Dorothy Mae (McClanahan) Bottoms both of Lexington, Kentucky. He was a retired military veteran, having served 23 years in the U.S. Army, and worked for the Utah Department of Health for 10 years.
Survivors other than his wife are his sons, James Michael (Jennifer) Bottoms, Anthony Keith (Judy) Bottoms, Derek Morgan (Karla) Bottoms and a daughter Erika Mae Bottoms; six grandchildren, Alex, Dalton, Annie, Casey, Doc and Akira and two special friends Robert James (Kerri) Bahr and Blaine Decol (Chris) Hill.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Joyce Bottoms, memorial 81979463, and two grandchildren, Samantha Lynn and Michael Blaine, memorial 81799251.
There will be no funeral services and burial will be in Lexington, Kentucky.
