Thomas J. Davis, a well known resident of Koochville, where he had lived since his birth, 59 years ago, died Thursday night at his home after an illness of one year, during which time he had undergone three operations in local hospitals. He was born on the farm on which he died March 11, 1860, and was united in marriage February 24, 1893, to Miss Jane Otto, who surives him together with two children Edward and Bernard, also three brothers, Richard, Jeremiah, and Frederick all of Kochville. He was a member of Strawberry Arbor of Gleaners. The Funeral will take place Sunday afternoon with burial in Oakwood. Rev. G. H. Curts will officiate.
