She was born February 20, 1920, in Franklin Township, Greene County, a daughter of the late Frank and Florence Grim Wilson.
On April 4, 1936, she married James F. Breese, who died December 1, 2004.
Mrs. Breese worked as a nurse's aide at Washington Hospital and Kade Nursing Home in Canton Township. She also worked at Mansion House and did house cleaning for several local families.
She was a member of Union Valley United Methodist Church, Graysville, and delivered Meals on Wheels in the Waynesburg area.
Surviving are a daughter, Norma Jean Morrow (Glenn) of Macedonia, Ohio; a son, James E. Breese (Cheryl) of Dickson, Tenn.; seven grandchildren, David Morrow, Cheryl Stewart, Michael Miller, Mark Miller, Stephen Breese, Gregory Breese and Robert (Bobby) Breese; 13 great-grandchildren; two stepgreat-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Breese was grateful for the love and support of her niece, Johnetta Black.
Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband, are a daughter, Mary Louise Miller; three brothers, Homer Wilson, Jesse Wilson and Norman (Mike) Wilson; and two sisters, Agnes Koval and Mary Thomas.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of service, Tuesday, May 2, in Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High Street, Waynesburg, with Pastor Scott D. Lawrence officiating. Interment will follow in Rosemont Cemetery, Rogersville.
