Benjamin Maschhoff

Benjamin Maschhoff, 43 E. Golf Road, Arlington Heights, died Monday, November 1, at Sherman Hospital, Elgin, after a brief illness. He was 57 years old.

Mr. Maschhoff, an employee of Cook County Forest Preserves, had been an Arlington Heights resident for many years. He was a member of the Teamster's Union, Local 726.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. today (Thursday), Nov. 4, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 111 W. Olive, Arlington Heights, with visitation at Haire Funeral Home, 207 N. Vail, Arlington Heights. Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

He leaves his wife, Alice; two children, Diane and David, both of Arlington Heights; four brothers, Gustav of Nashville, Ill., Arthur of Hoyleton, Ill., Richard of Detroit, Mich., and Albert of Arlington Heights; and two sisters, Lulu Preuhsner of New Minden, Ill., and Ida Hogreve of Arlington Heights.
