Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Two Rivers. The Rev. Paul Schumacher will officiate and burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Mr. Colanchick was born March 12, 1897, at Denmark, son of the late Joseph and Anna Budnik Colanchick. He married Selinde Brocher, July 26, 1920, at St. Luke Church, Two Rivers. Mr. Colanchick was an accountant with Hamilton Industries retiring in 1962. He was a World War II veteran. Mr. Colanchick was a member of Robert E. Burns Post 165, American Legion of Two Rivers, 40 & 8, Knights of Columbus council 1957 of Two Rivers, Third Order of St. Francis.
Survivors include a son, Alton E. Colanchick of Sister Bay; a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Charlotte) Dodge of Two Rivers; a sister, Mrs. Florentine Schmitt of Green Bay; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife in 1978, three brothers and twin infant sons.
Friends may call in Klein and Stangel, Inc. Funeral Chapels, Two Rivers, from 5 p.m. this Sunday afternoon, where a parish memorial service will be at 6 o'clock. The Knights of Columbus will meet for the parish memorial.
