Robert L. "Bob" Hannum, 81, of Columbus, died Friday, April 1, 2011, at Hospice of South Central Indiana. He was born on July 25, 1929 in Bedford to Charles Warren and Edna Mae Smith Hannum. He married Eleanor Hewitt on March 31, 1948 in Bedford. He worked in construction as a young man before his employment and retirement from Golden Foundry, 1966 to 1989. He had been a maintenance superintendant. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Raymond and Warren Jr.
