He was born on September 21, 1971 in Goshen, IN to William R. & Becky K. (Felts) Scarbeary. Billy was a veteran of the United States Army. He spent the last several years in the Syracuse area following his retirement from the service. He is survived by his 2 daughters – Taylor Redmond of Arizona & Susanne Price of Florida. His parents – Bill Scarbeary of Columbia City and his mother – Becky K. Lee of Syracuse. 3 sisters – Lisa Scarbeary of Cave Creek, AZ, Natalie Hoard of Ft. Wayne & Jennifer Johnson of Edwardsburg, MI. His grandmother – Julia Ann Byrd of Syracuse. Visitation will be on Friday, December 9, 2011 from 6-8 pm at the Eastlund Funeral Home. Services will be on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the Eastlund Funeral Home with Pastor Joshua Vargas officiating . Burial will follow at the Syracuse Cemetery with military honors.
