Later became a partner in the firm Wright and Talisman, Washington, D.C.At the time of his death he was vice president and deputy general counsel for Tennessee Gas Transmission, a part of Tenneco, Houston,TX. Married to Sammye Lou Monroe. Father of Erin Lea and Ryan James. Brother of Steven Reed Collins
