Goldia Jean Brooks 50 of Lucas, KY died Monday, December 19, 2011 at her home. She was born in Glasgow the daughter of Roy Hollis Williams and Barbara Glass Williams of Lucas who survive. Goldia was a former employee of Richie Pharmacal Co., R & S Sales and more recently South Pointe Wholesale Co. and was a member of the Mt. Olivet Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Orval Brooks, Jr.; a daughter Leslie Renee Williams (Grant) of Scottsville; a son James Kirk Brooks (Logan) of Glasgow; 4 grandchildren Coy, Ty and Lily Williams and Dalee Brooks; a brother Randy Williams (Tammy) of Austin; her Father-in-law and Mother-in-law Orval Brooks, Sr. and Becky Brooks of Glasgow and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, December 22, 2011 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
