Imogene Grimes Broadway has gone to be by her Lord's side with whom she faithfully served His will throughout her lifetime. She was affiliated with the Full Gospel Churches. Mrs. Broadway was born October 24, 1922 and passed away December 19, 2011. She was always ready and willing to help anyone in need. She was a homemaker and in her earlier years worked in the manufacturing facilities where she made many life-long friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, W.M. Broadway, and her parents, Reagan and Larrisa Grimes.

She is survived by her son, Gary Dominy and wife Linda of Jacksonville, TX; brother, W.B. Grimes and wife Evelyn & family of Pasadena, TX; grandchildren, Sarah and Jeff Hugghins of Jacksonville, TX, Rhonda Carmichael of Allen, TX, Brent and Trena Dominy of Flint, TX, Marty and Dusti Dominy of Whitwell, TN, and Wendy and Trey Dalton of Dripping Springs, TX. Thirteen great grandchildren will miss their Memama very much. She also has two great-great granddaughters.

Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

A special thanks to Hospice of East Texas and all the hospitals and care centers for being so caring and considerate in making her final days so much easier.

Services are scheduled for Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Autry Funeral Home chapel, Jacksonville, with Rev. Barbara Hugghins officiating.

Permission given by Daily Progress-Jacksonville

Burial will be at Jacksonville City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from noon until s
