Mrs. Emma C. Zumbahlen, 66, of near Wheeler and mother of Mrs. Irene Correll of Wakefield, died early Tuesday in an Effingham nursing home.
Funeral services will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Island Grove. Friends may call at the Bauer Funeral Home, Effingham.
Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. both nights. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
She married Edward Zumbahlen June 4, 1929, in Teutopolis.
Surviving are her husband; sons, Arthur, Leonard and Vincent, all of Newton; Cletus of Dieterich; Sylvester and Elmer, both of Wheeler; daughters, Mrs. Sylvester (Clara) Brummer of Fairfield; Mrs. Raphael A. (Rosemary) Bergbower of Newton; Mrs. Vincent (Marian) Weishaar of Teutopolis; Mrs. Richard (Stella) Deters of Granata Hills, Calif.; Mrs. Nicholas (Marie) Dust of Effingham; Mrs. Donald (Christine) Litzleman of Ste. Marie; Mrs. Fred (Irene) Correll of Wakefield; brothers, Leo Vahling of Montrose; Fred Vahling of Teutopolis; Ralph Vahling of Island Grove; sister, Mrs. Fred (Helen) Breer of Teutopolis; 63 grandchildren.
