Edna I. Sweat was the daughter of Andy Rosco and Pearl Lavenia Harris McCulley. She was 84 years old at the time of her passing. Edna was the wife of Garrett Sweat. They were married on June 28, 1941, in Knoxville, TN. Sadly, Garrett passed away on November 24, 1991. Edna had been employed by Reisig Cleaners and was a member of the Frenchtown Missionary Baptist Church. Edna was survived by some nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Harvey and William. Edna was laid to rest by her husband at Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle, Mi.
