Jimmy Baum spent 4 years at Harford Community College as a part time student studying to become an electrician in between working a full-time internship job for Crown Electric, and with much success he graduated in 1994. He was a leader in his field and was employed at Shemn Electric at the time of his passing and was working on his company's project installing electrical systems & lighting at the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health Medical Center hospital in Bel Air, Maryland. Jimmy grew up being a member of the Boyscotts of America earning many awards in which his Dad Howard took great pride in being part of. James Baum also grew up playing soccer as his favorite sport to play. Jimmy enjoyed fishing a great deal, and he would go as often as he could. He also looked forward to playing golf whenever he got the chance. He had a passion for the arts of music and he was excellent at playing an acoustic guitar. Jimmy B. was also an incredibly talented singer/crowd pleaser as he entertained many during karaoke for many years of his life. He enjoyed going to church, and was known for seeking the "truth" about the Word of God, and known for his faith and love in God. Jimmy had an amazing personality that shined. Everyone was drawn to him and his magnetic energy. Jimmy loved being a family man, as that was his greatest joy in life. He took great pride in his children and was a loving Daddy.
