Josephine R. Watkins, age 73, of Gilbert, Arizona, will be 11:00A.M. Monday, December 29, 2003 at Word of Grace Church, 655 E. University Dr., Mesa. She died Thursday, December 25, 2003 in Gilbert. Mrs. Watkins, a homemaker, was born in Moundsville, W.VA. Survivors include her daughters Nina Mullins, Tina Gurtler and Joanna Shapiro; father Cecil S. Lilley; sisters Gail Zwick, Fayetta Watkins, Beverly Jean Francis; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She is predeceased by her husband Rolla L. Watkins; mother Mamie Crow Lilley; and brothers Harley Lilley and Thomas Dean Lilley. Visitation 9:30 a.m.until time of service, at the Church.
