Mrs. Margaret E. Bast, widow of John H. Bast, died on Saturday evening at her home at Boonsboro, after an illness of seven weeks of heart trouble. Her age was 87. Mrs. Bast was formerly of Braddock. She is survived by one son, William F. Bast, Boonsboro. She was a member of the Boonsboro Lutheran Church.
Funeral Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the late home. Burial in the Boonsboro Mausoleum.

Mrs. Margaret E. Bast, widow of John H. Bast, died at her home at Boonsboro Saturday evening at 7:15 o'clock, after an illness of eight weeks, of heart trouble. She was one of the oldest residents of Boonsboro, being in her 87th year.
Mrs. Bast was a Miss Titlow, of Mt. Pleasant, Frederick County, and had lived most of her life in Frederick County. She moved to Boonsboro about twenty years ago from Braddock. She was a member of the Lutheran Church of Boonsboro.
She is survived by one son, William F. Bast, of Boonsboro, and a number of nieces and nephews in Frederick County.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday from the house at 2 o'clock, with her pastor, Rev. M.A.Ashby, officiating, assisted by Rev. Louis Zinkham and Rev. W. M. Wachter. Interment in the Boonsboro mausoleum.
