Charles Robert Wilbur, 72, of Dale City died Thursday, Nov. 2, 1995, at his home.
He was a Dale City resident for approximately 29 years and retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving 22 years.
Survivors include his wife, Elsie Wilbur of Woodbridge; one daughter; Brenda DeLong of Woodbridge; two sons, Wyatt Rinker of Md., and Wayne Rinker of Fredericksburg; five grand-daughters.
Friends may call tonight from 7 to 9 at Mountcastle Funeral Home, 4143 Dale Blvd., Dale City. A graveside service will be held Monday at 12:30 p.m. at Fairfax Memorial Park, the Rev. Craig Cooper officiating. Burial will follow at Fairfax Memorial Park.
