Aumann published eight books on spiritual theology and numerous articles. His publications include "Spiritual Theology" and "Christaina Spirituality in the Catholic Tradition", and "When a Pope Asks Forgiveness. The Mea Culpa's of John Paul II".
Father Jordan died on died January 23, 2007 after an extended illness. Mass of Resurrection was celebrated on January 26, at St. Pius V Priory, 1909 S. Ashland Ave., Chicago, Illinois, followed by burial at All Saints Cemetery.
