August Bosse Dies at Residence This Morning.
August Bosse, 77, 1280 Case Street, died at his home this morning after an extended illness. He was born in Belgium on March 28, 1866, and came to Green Bay when he was 16 years old. He was a foreman at the Northwestern Engineering company for 18 years, and for the last 8 years was employed at Rahr's. Survivors include his wife, two sons, Elmer, Detroit, Mich., and Alfred, Green Bay; 8 daughters, Mrs. George Van Egeren, Mrs. Ed Vander Leest, and Mrs. Harold Bellin, of Green Bay; Mrs. Fred Schneider, Pulaski; Mrs. George Weber, Detroit; Mrs. Peter Miller, Mrs. Clarence Bouschard, and Mrs. Charles Urban, Chicago; and 32 grandchildren. The body is at the Findeisen-Greiser funeral home where the rosary will be recited at 7:45 Tuesday evening and at 8 o'clock Wednesday evening. Funeral services will be conducted in St. Mary of the Angels Church. 9:30 Thursday morning. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
