Graveside service for Inez Sistrunk, 76, of Gainesville, is set for 11 a.m. Tuesday at New Rest Haven Cemetery with the Rev. Jack Crockett of Harvey Street Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clement-Keel Funeral Home.
Ms. Sistrunk died Friday, April 9, 2004, at Pecan Tree Manor.
She was born Jan. 2, 1928, in Callisburg to William and Bonnie (Lancaster) Sewell. On June 22, 1974, she married Roy A. Sistrunk in Era. She was a member of the Harvey Street Baptist Church in Gainesville. She was a sales lady with Avon and also sold Stanley Home Products.
Survivors include her husband, Roy Sistrunk of Gainesville; sons and daughters-in-law, Dean and Pat Hunter of Gainesville, Roger and Connie Hunter of Mount Pleasant, Ricky and Janine Sistrunk of Gainesville, Randy and Sharon Sistrunk of Gainesville; daughters and son-in-law, Carolyn and Ed Vera of Lewisville and Debra Fuhrman of Gainesville; 14 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
