She was born Jan. 9, 1900, in Sheboygan County, the daughter of the late William and Mary Herzog. She attended district school and was confirmed in the Evangelical Lutheran Church, Town of Mosel. On Oct. 4, 1919, she was married to Mr. Damrow. They farmed in Town of Herman for 45 years. Following her husband's death in 1963, Mrs. Damrow moved to Sheboygan where she has been a resident of Good Shepherd Nursing Home for the past 1 1/2 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Howards Grove-Millersyille.
Surviving, are a daughter, Mrs. Nobert (Beatrice) Herr of Sheboygan; two grandchildren and four great-granddaughters; two sisters, Mrs. Hubert Vanderhoff of Klamath Falls, Ore., and Mrs. Harold Zabel of Sheboygan; and four brothers, Willard and Raymond Herzog of Sheboygan, Hilbert, R. 1, Cleveland, and Orville of Manitowoc,
Funeral services will be at 30 p.m. Wednesday at the Ballhorn Funeral Chapels. Rev. John F. Potratz, pastor of the Trinity Church, will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral chapels after 4 p.m. Tuesday.
