Betty J. Pridemore, 67, of Marmet, went to join her husband and Lord and Savior on Jan. 10, 2004, at CAMC Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Assembly of God Church at Chesapeake. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence E. Pridemore Sr. on June 24, 1982; her brothers, Dellie Miller and Everett Mack Miller; and by her sister, Mary Ella Mahocko.
Surviving are her sons, Lawrence E. Pridemore Jr. and Jeffrey A. Pridemore of Marmet; daughters, Diana Smith of Cross Lanes, Barbara L. Pridemore and Nancy Y. Bowe of Marmet; brother, Sidney Jack Miller of Chesapeake; grandchildren, Lorie, Lawrence III, Terra, Timmy, Sierra and Stephanie; and great-grandchild, Natosha.
Service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2004, at Leonard Johnson Funeral Home in Marmet with the Rev. Doyle Young officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Alpha Cemetery in Kanawha City.
