Death Certificate lists Isaac's birthdate as June 22, 1856...I'm going to guess that Sarah wasn't sure of his birthdate as the original age was 79 and marked out and 76 put in as well as the year from 1859 to 1856...

The name Issic on his stone is incorrect spelling. Isaac was my Great Great Grandfather.
