William A. Hino passed away peacefully
at age 70 on November 11, 2011. Born and raised in Shenandoah, PA, he resided in West Caldwell, NJ prior to moving to Scottsdale, AZ. Bill was a loving husband to his wife Jo Ann, a doting father and grandfather to his son Andy, daughter-in-law Patty and granddaughters Katelyn and Lauren. He was an avid trout fisherman who traveled extensively throughout the United States. He enjoyed hiking, and spending time with his family, friends and collies. During his career, he served as a teacher, coach, and principal at Boonton High School, Boonton, NJ. Bill was an avid fan of Villanova basketball. While in Scottsdale, he found his dream job working with the Oakland Athletics during their Spring Training season in AZ. Bill always had a story to tell, an anecdote to insert into a conversation, or a witty one-liner. His funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick's Church 10815 N. 84th St., Scottsdale, AZ on Thursday, November 17th at 10:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Kidney Association.
