She was born September 29, 1917, in Celina, MN, to Theodore and Gunhild (Ofstad) Hall.
She was a graduate of Tower High School. For several years, she worked as a beautician in California and later at a department store in Cambridge, MN.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Benjamin Long, in 1946; her second husband, Frank Prosen, in 1990; five brothers; and three sisters.
She is survived by sons Alan (Sally) Long, and David (Linda) Prosen; a sister, Ruby Nikkola; and four grandchildren.
Inurnment was in Ely Cemetery.
