Gerald Yeomans, aged 94, of Ionia passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2006 in Ionia. He was born December 24, 1911 in Easton Twp. the son of Edwin S. and Ola (Snell) Yeomans. He married Alberta Johnson March 7, 1935 in Grand Rapids.
He loved to farm and enjoyed the machinery involved in farming. He farmed for many years on the family farm. He drove school bus for Ionia Public Schools.
He worked for the State of Michigan Employment Agency until retiring in 1981.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Ionia. Member of Michigan Farm Bureau.
