BODKIN, JOEL STONEROAD - Age 82, a resident of 6 Bluff Street, Dunbar, died Saturday evening, April 6, 1974 at 8 p.m. in the Uniontown Hospital. He was born at Dunbar on October 16, 1891, a son of the late Joshua and Sarah (Martin) Bodkin.
Surviving are four sons, Charles of Casper, Wyoming, Altha of Dunbar, Vernon of Trotter, and William at home; three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one brother, Albert of Dunbar; one sister, Margaret Hall of Dunbar.
Preceding him in death was his wife Irene, in 1970. Friends will be received in the Burhans Funeral Home, Dunbar, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. with the Reverend Maybelle Johnston officiating. Interment will be in Mount Auburn Cemetery.
