(special thanks to Linda Branniff for the following info) - I write a history column for the local paper (Webster Times) and wrote about this man this past year. He was a well-known wealthy local mill owner in Dudley and Webster, Massachusetts. He went to Florida later in his life.

See http://www.webstertimes.net/pdf/WEB.2011.08.12.pdf for interesting article about Henry Hale Stevens written by Linda Branniff. Article is attached with permission of Linda author, but is not as clear as through website.

(special thanks to Inga Larson, North Andover Historical Society, for the following info) Henry Hale Stevens & Eliza Poor Osborn had 3 children, a son & 2 daughters. He also had Harriet Louisa (1844 - 1901). I believe she was named for Henry's sister Harriet Louisa Stevens who died Dec 16, 1843, aged 23 in North Andover.
