OBITUARY: The Morning News, Aug. 8, 2007, pg 4A - Margaret Hazel Horton Banks - Bentonville - Margaret Hazel Horton Banks, 93, of Bentonville died Aug 6, 2007, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. She was born March 14, 1914 in Washburn, Mo., to Charity Ann Wright Horton and Horace M. Horton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Banks. She was a lifetime member of the First Christian Church in Bentonville. She was a graduate of Hiwasse High School. She enjoyed reading, watching movies and car rides. Survivors include one daughter, Linda Chick and husband, Don of Bentonville; three grandchildren, Melissa and Tom Standhill of Branson, Mo., Nick Holland of Rogers and Kelli and Derrick Jensen of Bentonville; 10 great-grandchildren. Service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the First Christian Church in Bentonville. Burial will be Bentonville Cemetery. Arrangements are by Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Bentonville.
