American watercolor artist and writer. Married Arthur Taylor Aldis, 1892.

Wrote Plays for Small Stages (1915), The Princess Jack (1915), Drift (1918), and No Curtain (1935).

In 1910, she founded the Aldis Playhouse, which operated for several summers on the grounds of the Lake Forest home she shared with her husband, real estate executive Arthur T. Aldis. She also served as President of the Visiting Nurses Association of Chicago.
