This listing has also been placed under the STARESINIC surname. Frank was born in the Croatian village of Brihovo, located in Karlovac County, Croatia, Zakanje parish on the Slovenian border. His parents were Michael & Catherine Staresinic. His brothers Michael and Matthew are also buried in Riverside Cemetery. The citizenship papers of Frank state "Austria" as birthplace, of which Croatia was then part of the Austrian-Hungarian Empire. Same information with his brother Matthew/Mato Staresinic-Sibal. Frank was a machinist at Union Steel Products in Albion, Michigan. He arried in the U.S. at N.Y. on April 10, 1905 on the ship Patricia, Hamburg Line. He settled in Chicago, Illinois where he married Verna Pastor on September 10, 1911. at Sacred Heart Church. The couple moved to Albion, Michigan in 1914. Frank retired from Union Steel Products in 1957. He was survived at the time of his death by a daughter: Mrs. Anna Carroll; four sons: Frank, George, Robert all of Albion; and Don of Goshen, Indiana, 17 grandchildren, and 8-great-great grandchildren.
