Sally A. Carroll was born to Bona Ballard and Earl S. Harton Sr. She married George A. MacIntosh Jr. in Lansing, Michigan in 1954. They moved to Bryn Mawr, PA and had 3 children: Patricia Ann (6/9/55) and Douglas McLean and George Cox (8/30/1957). George died of kidney failure due to complication of his Type 1 diabetes in May of 1957. Sally married Richard John Carroll of Norwood Ohio in Lansing in 1961. They moved to Memphis, TN and had one daughter; Kathleen B. Carroll Hall (5/28/1963). The family moved to Portage, Mi until moving to Holt, Mi in 1976.
