Marshall - Word has been received here of the death in a Detroit hospital this morning of Mrs. Sylvia I. Myers, who was born in Calhoun County, Dec. 23, 1892, the daughter of John F. and Christina (Karsted) Reese. She was the wife of Omar Myers and they had resided in Detroit for a number of years. Surviving besides the husband are two sons, Barton and Allen, both of Detroit, and 10 grandchildren. A daughter, Mrs. Barbara Brewer, died in 1950. The body will be taken to the Kelser Funeral Home here.
