"Here lies the body of Mary Caroline Wardlaw, born 6 August 1809, died 8 September 1843. She was a member of this Church. Her life of Blameless purity and Active benevolence and the merits of the Savior, upon which she relied, justify the hope that she joined her pious parents in Heaven."
