Survivors include: children, William Jr. (Gwen) Wellner of Andover, Mark Wellner and former wife, Jodi of North Mankato, Jill (Duane) Hanley of Lino Lakes; mother, Elnor Johnson of Moorhead; seven grandchildren,Sara, Alicia, Amanda, Meghan and W. Raymond Wellner, Alyssa and Eric Hanley; great grandchild, Alexa Wellner; sisters, Kathy (Lamont) Hamre of Clive, Iowa, Judi (David) Workin of Fargo, Sue (Jerry) Rogers of Moorhead; brother, Kent (Cindi) Johnson of Sioux Falls. Sylvia was preceded in death by her husband William, father Raymond Johnson. She was a retired social studies teacher for the Shakopee Public Schools and served as Speech Coach for Shakopee High School.
