My great-grandmother.

"Carolyn Heins of Forestburgh, formerly of Monticello, passed away on Thursday February 21, 2008 in Forestburgh with family at her bedside. She was 88.
Carolyn was born in Newport on September 20, 1919 to the late Alden and Emily C. Guller.
A family statement reads, “Mom was a kind and loving person, who always provided for her family. She adored all her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and her passing will leave a void in our lives.”
Carolyn was a 75 year resident of the area, wintering in Florida with her late husband William Heins, who passed away February 18, 2004.
Survivors include five sons, Peter Sheppard (Anne) of Deer Park, L.I., William Heins Jr.(Judy) of Monticello, James Sheppard (Joyce) of Guilderland, Peter Heins and companion Pat Rex of Livingston Manor, and Robert Heins (Shelley) of White Plains; two daughters, Patricia Lawrence (Mal Z) of Monticello, and Sally Jasuta (David) of Forestburgh; two brothers, Robert Miller of Sebring,Fla. and Edward Miller (Shirley) of Las Vegas, Nev.; one sister, Nancy Mc Larney of Smallwood; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; 23 nieces and nephews; 33 great nieces and nephews; and 19 great-great-nieces and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by 2 brothers, Alden and Stewart Miller, one grandchild and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held at Ramsay’s Funeral Home, Monticello on Monday February 25, 2008 at 10 a.m. Rev. John Thomason officiated.
Burial was made in Montoza Cemetery, Eldred.
Arrangements under the direction of Ramsay’s Funeral Home Monticello."
