Son of Augustine Bequette and Marie Johnson.

Louis was baptized as Ludivicus Benjamin Bequette on March 18, 1870 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Prairie Du Rocher, IL.

Louis and Sarah were married at Ancills in Scott County, MO. Now know as Scott City, MO. This marriage is recorded in Book 6, Page 98, in the Scott County Courthouse at Benton, MO.
