" William Lloyd Cummings was the 7th child of a family of ten children born to Lloyd Cummings and Abigail Duncan Cummings. He was born March 2,1836 and died August 7,1911. He spent all his life and died on the same farm where he was born. In 1855 he was married to Hester Ann Shaw and to this union were born 9 children :William Emery,Lucretia Adaline, Mary Isabelle,Annie Elizabeth, Charles Tremner,Ella Florence,Ezra Otta,Aaron Curtis,Nettie Pearl Cummings. Mary Isabelle died at the age of 1 year 6 1/2 months. All the rest lived to attain manhood and womanhood.... William shares a gravestone with his wife Hester A. Shaw.
