Brian R. Cookson, 37,of Vienna, New York died Tuesday from injuries suffered in an automobile accident on Route 49 in the town of Vienna,Oneida County, New York. Born in Brockton, Mass., he graduated from Brockton High School and attended Sylvania
Technical Institute. He was a field service engineer at Penn. Traffic Co., Syracuse, and previously worked for Northrop Corp., Norwood, Mass., and New England Technical Services.
Survivors: Two daughters, Amanda Cookson and Jessica Cookson, both of Brockton; his father, Bruce of Leesburg, Fla.; his mother, Marianne Arruda Cookson of East Sandwich, Mass.; two brothers, Bruce Jr.and Barry, both of Sandwich, Mass.; his former wife, Janice Halpin Shaw of Brockton.
