Ed was the second husband of my g.gr.mother Lizzie Lamkin Hill Craig, they married in Jan. 1902 in Tipton Co. TN. He was also the only father my gr.pa Fred Hill knew or remembered. Ed raised my gr.pa and he must have loved Ed a lot for he named his first son after Ed being Edward Emery Hill.
Ed's parents were John Thomas Craig and Martha Comantha McCraw. He and Lizzie were actually first cousins for their mother's were sisters. Ed and Lizzie had 4 children that I know about being Robert (Bob) Craig, Ola Mae Craig, James Craig and Rosa Belle Craig. Bob and James died as children but Ola and Rosa lived to marry and have children and gr.children of their own.
I'm making this memorial for Ed because his death cert. says he is buried in this cemetery but in asking for a photo for his and wife Lizzie's gravemarkers there was none found for them. That's probably why nobody's made a memorial for them previously and I don't know much about him other than what has been told to me by his gr.daughter, Kay.
