Mr. Beebe, age 64, of Lena, entered eternal rest on Monday, January 9, 2011 at Rapides Regional Medical Center.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He was a member of Lena Pentecostal Church. He was a retired EMT of 20 years. For many years he coached Mens Softball, Dixie Youth Baseball and Dixie Youth Softball. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and was president of Blue Gun Hunting Club.
He is preceded in death by his parents Barney and Pearl Beebe; one brother, Murray Beebe.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Loretta Brossette Beebe of Sharp; two sons, Raymond Beebe (Amanda) of Pollock, Tim Beebe (Ginger) of Sharp; four brothers, Marvin Beebe of Lena, Melvin Beebe (Evelyn) of Sharp, Ray Beebe of Chopin and Meldon Beebe (Marlene) of Chopin; three sisters, Mickey Thompson (Carl) of Lena, Maurine Dubois (Lance) of Lena, Melissa Baugh (Allen) of Lena; five grandchildren, Jacob, Katie Jo, Jordan, Tucker and Erin Beebe; a host of nieces and nephews that loved him very much.
Pallbearers will be Raymond Beebe, Tim Beebe, Meldon Beebe, Ray Beebe, Ben Beebe, Brandon Beebe, Chad Kerik and Curtis Kerik.
