Lilly Wonette Adams was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 5, 2011 to Andrew Adams and Heather Forrest. Her birth was unforeseen and after a two day courageous battle our sweet Lilly's body was unable to prevail and she was called home to her Heavenly Father on November 7, 2011.
From heaven Lilly will be watching over those who survived her; parents Andrew Adams and Heather Forrest, big brother Frazier Michael and twin sister Claire Elizabeth. Also survived by her grandparents, Clyde Jr. (Ann) Adams, Guy (Geri) Forrest and great-grandparents Claire (Mary) Fraser.
She is preceded in death by Cousin Shawn Douglas Hixson-Forrest, great-grandparents Clyde Sr. (Loretta) Adams, Louis (Eileen) Frazier and Guy Jr. (Kathleen) Forrest.
