He was a World War II Navy Veteran, serving in the Pacific as a Radioman, First Class. He retired after 31 years of service to Norwich-Eaton Pharmaceuticals Procter & Gamble in Norwich, where he raised his family and resided for 33 years. In 1985 he and his wife moved to Lake Monticello, Va. He was a member of the Cunningham United Methodist Church.Internment, at the Noth Guilford Cemetary in Guilford, NY is scheduled for a future date.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Cunningham United Methodist Church, 5436 Ruritan Lake Rd., Palmyra, VA 22963; or the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., FL 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
