Hervest will fondly be remembered for his lively Cajun humor, entertaining stories, jokes and of course, the Most renowned "The Cajun Night Before Christmas". All of these he related to audiences ranging from young children to nursing home residents as he tirelessly won the hearts and laughter of all that he touched.

Hervest was a perpetual student, mechanic, carpenter, electrician and Christian. He never turned down a call for help in any of these and other areas. All who knew him will proudly recall a service where he developed a higher meaning in the usage of paperclips and coat hangers. His simple life, mechanics and zest for life will be lessons all will value as pearls, as they recall his endearing, always charitable antics.

Special loving thanks and gratitude is sent from the sons and family to Hervest's friend, companion and caretaker, Mary Ailstock. To his big brother and life long role model Tite Baudoin and his wife Eva, whom we could not have done without during these last few weeks.
