Charles A. Anderson, 93, died Saturday at 9 am at the West Portal Rest Home where he had been bedfast for more than two years. He had lived most of his life in the Shambaugh vicinity, and fell four years ago at his home there.
The funeral was held this Monday at the Walker Funeral Home in charge of the Rev and Mrs McGhghy, and burial was in the Clarinda Cemetery. His family from a distance was unable to attend. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs Edna Damewood; son, Clarence of Clarinda; and two other daughters, Mrs Mae Rousch and Mrs Minnie Henry of Pamona, Calif.
