CROSSVILLE — Katherine Marie Bohannon, 94, of Russellville, TN, passed away Jan. 13, 2012, at Life Care Center of Crossville. Funeral services were held Jan. 15 at Bilbrey Funeral Home with Bro. Hank Jones officiating. Graveside service was held Jan. 16 at Eastland Cemetery.
Born Aug. 9, 1917, in Crossville, she was the daughter of the late Overton Stewart and Katie Davis Stewart Sr. She was the wife of the late George Thom Bohannon Sr.
She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sons, George Thom Jr., Joe and Henry Bohannon; brothers, O.C. Stewart Jr. and James A. Stewart; sister, Dorothy Bohannon; and two granddaughters, Crystal Bohannon and Marcie Dayton.
