Lucinda before her marriage gave birth to James Wesley Pipes. As soon as Lucinda and Tarleton were married they came to Indiana from Kentucky where the following children were born:
1. Nancy
2. Sarah
3. Martha
4. Maudy
5. Elizabeth
6. Josiah
They came to Pike County Indiana to the White Oak area. So many had moved there from Kentucky that the area was known as "Little Kentuck".
