William A. Sherman died Saturday night at his home south of Moravia in the Town of Locke. He was a retired farmer and had been in ill health. Mr. Sherman would have attained his 90th birthday the first of December. Surviving are his wife, Ida Rounds Sherman, and two sons, Bert Sherman of Locke and William Sherman of Binghamton. Funeral services at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon will be at the home of Rowland Wade, 8 South Main Street. Rev. Ru--- Bell, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Lickville Cemetery.
