Lucille Johnson Snowden HEMINGWAY - Lucille Johnson Snowden, 84, the widow of William "Bill" Cooper Snowden, departed this life on Thursday, December 31, 2009, at Conway Manor. Mrs. Snowden was born the daughter of Mack Daniel Johnson and Etta Mae Huggins Johnson on September 9, 1925, in Aynor. She leaves behind one child, Billie Anne S. (Legrand) Owens; two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Also surviving are: two brothers and two sisters. Funeral service will be 4 PM, Sunday, January 3, 2010, in the New Good Hope United Methodist Church with interment in the Garden of Devotion directed by the Hemingway Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home. Visitation will be 2:30-4 PM prior the service in the sanctuary. McKenzie Funeral Home of Hemingway is honored to serve the Owens family.
