Johnie (Bingham) Miller, 91, of Tyler, Texas, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, Texas.
She was born July 14, 1919 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Charles and Vashie Bingham.
Johnie was raised and married in Oklahoma and moved to Tyler in 1948 with her husband Jack M. Miller and three eldest sons, Jack, Jim and Phillip. She was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed afternoons of drinking coffee and talking on the telephone to her beloved friends and family. She loved her family and especially enjoyed spending birthdays and holidays with each and every one of them.
Johnie was preceded in death by her parents, her 6 siblings and her husband, Jack M. Miller.
She is survived by her loving family including her sons, Jack Miller, Jim Miller, Phillip Miller and his wife Geneva, Larry Miller and Mark Miller, daughter, Sharon Miller Thomas; and by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A private burial will be at Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home.
